SHIPPING POLICY

All product is scheduled to ship within 5-7 business days. If there are any delays due to a high volume of orders, we will notify our customers through social media and an announcement on the website. Once the customer's product is shipped, they will receive a confirmation email, which includes their tracking number. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All items may be returned for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase (some exceptions apply)

Our products are designed to be of the highest quality and to fit your liking. If you feel like our product does not meet your expectation, you may return it up to 30 days after purchase.

Exceptions to this are:

  • Products intentionally damaged by the owner.

  • Mishandling of products.

  • Products are clearly tampered with.

  • Any item labeled as "non-returnable" or "non-refundable".

  • We are subject to cancel a refund or return at our own discretion.

Initiating a Return or Refund:

To begin our return/refund process, you must first email us at apparel.unfolded@gmail.com. In your email you must include:

  • Your name

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Photo of invoice/proof of purchase

  • Pictures of the product that is being returned/refunded

Once we have received and processed your request, we will send a follow-up email with a shipping label. Upon arrival or your return,  we will issue you a full refund through your original method of payment.
